Refund policy

Exchanges must be authorized by ONIRICK. If you would like to exchange an item from your order, please email contact@onirick.fr to begin an exchange authorization with "ORDER #XXX - EXCHANGE" in the subject line. Exchanges must be requested within 7 days of receipt of your order and items must be in the same condition in which you received them i.e.: UNUSED, WITHOUT DAMAGE, WITH TAGS ATTACHED AND IN THEIR ORIGINAL PACKAGING TO BE ELIGIBLE. You will also need to have the receipt or proof of purchase to start a return or exchange.

Refunds are accepted only in case of defect on the item, with proof (photo). No refund will be given without proof.

Unfortunately, we do not cover shipping costs for returns.
